2.1 Navigating the Champion Account Tab
When you log into your Champion account, the first thing to understand is that this view is not a user view.
You are not here to make decisions.
You are not here to guide content.
You are here to monitor readiness and process health.
The Champion Account tab is designed to answer three questions quickly:
- Who is active?
- Who is stuck?
- Where does attention—not advice—need to be applied?
Everything you see on this page has been intentionally filtered.
You are not shown decision details.
You are not shown private reflections.
You are not shown value rankings or solution choices.
This is by design.
Champions work at the process level, not the decision-content level.
Reading Signals Without Interfering
Scenario 2.1 — The “Stalled Tile” Reflex
Situation
You log into the Champion Account tab and notice a sub-account has:
- Started a decision
- Made partial progress
- Been inactive for 9 days
The tile shows “In Progress – Paused.”
You feel concerned that they may be stuck or losing momentum.
Incorrect Champion Response (What Not to Do)
- Emailing the user with:
“It looks like you’re stuck. Have you considered choosing option B instead?”
- Offering to “walk them through” the decision
- Asking what solution they are leaning toward
Why This Is a Problem
- You are interpreting content instead of reading signals
- You risk influencing values and ownership
- You undermine the system’s pacing
Correct Champion Response
- Send a neutral, process-focused check-in:
“I noticed your decision is currently paused. Just a reminder that you can resume anytime, or restart if your context has changed.”
Champion Takeaway
- A stalled tile is a signal, not a failure
- The correct action is availability, not intervention
- Silence is often a valid system-supported state
