Age 18 to 20 Lesson A1 – What Is Decision Making?

Do the following descriptions of decision-making seem familiar?  If you notice this in your friends, family, colleagues, or yourself, lesson A1 provides critical information to help transform decision-making abilities.

Not realizing a decision is needed, leading to being caught unprepared—like not realizing what time it is resulting in being late for class or you job.
Uncertainty about the next step, causing procrastination—such as delaying a decision to declare a college major because the options feel overwhelming.
Feeling frustrated when progress feels slow—like struggling to adjust to reach your class goals.
Mistakes and inefficiency when trying to change routines—such as oversleeping after deciding to try a new morning workout.
Anxiety about making the right choice—like worrying about whether to accept an internship offer or wait for another opportunity.
