Who should use Deliberate Decision Making Tools and Courses?

Everyone can benefit from learning about decision making, however there are times when it will be the most impactful.

If you struggle with daily decisions, getting through your daily routine and establishing habits that lead to success, a subscription will give you access to all the courses and tools available, helping you to learn how to make better daily decisions. 

Or maybe your daily decisions are easy but you struggle with the big decisions in life, feel stuck in a rut and are unable to make that next step forward. A subscription will provide you with the techniques and learning to learn decision making that leads to meaningful change. 

Perhaps through training and experience you have developed skill and confidence in both daily and big picture decisions. However you struggle with specific areas of their life, such as money, relationships, or other consequential life areas. A subscription will help you finally close the gaps in your life and have the type of lifestyle you want.

Do you offer a trial?

You can get a good feel for the power of the basic DDM tools with your free account through education, free videos and limited use of the Tool Belt.  Additionally, we offer a full money-back guarantee for 14 days. If DDM tools doesn’t meet your needs, you can contact us for a full refund.

How long will I receive support and updates?

After your subscription expires, your subscription will be downgraded to a the FREE Membership status. You will still have access to results of your previous decisions as well as courses you have purchased. Renewal is required for continued access to support, plugin updates, and new add-ons, and new decisions for your plan. Add-ons released for your plan while your support is active are included. Those released after expiry are not available without renewal.

Renewal covers a full year of support, plugin updates, and access to any new add-ons, and use of the tools to make new decisions and build new decisions/cambios as well as release during that year for your plan.

What level of support can I expect?

Support is our highest priority. We want you to succeed with your endeavors and we are here to back you up. Different levels of support help our team prioritize the order in which tickets are handled. Those with Full support can plan on hearing from our team within 4 business hours. Those with Priority support are next in the ticket queue, and can generally expect the first response within 6 business hours. Standard support tickets will receive a response within 12 business hours.

Our support covers all built-in features. It is up to you to learn how to use the decision making tools and  setup everything you need. If you have questions, we provide you with instructions to help you get the results you want.

If your request requires decision making assistance beyond the built-in features, we will point you towards a similar examples if available. If the decision requires consultation assistance we are available for hire.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Of course. You can upgrade your subscription at any time from your account page. Learn more about how to upgrade an existing subscription.  You can also down grade an existing subscription to a plan that is more suitable for needs.  With a DDM subscription you always have options.

Will I get access to future add-ons?

When you purchase a plan, you get access to everything that is currently listed on the pricing page. As new add-ons are released, you will be able to add them at no charge while your subscription are current. If your subscription  expires, renewal is required in order to get access to any new products for your plan.

What types of payments do you accept?

We use Stripe to process payments. They accept debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your credit card information is not stored on our site.
